Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into quarters or 6 to 8 breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, grated onion, black pepper, poultry seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley flakes, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the mayonnaise mixture and coat thoroughly.
  3. Place the coated chicken in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken on a broiling pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
