Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium baking apples
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples.
  2. Mix raisins and sugar and fill the centers of the apples with the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and dot with butter.
  4. Place the filled apples in a crock-pot.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water to the crock-pot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
