Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 1 small bottle catsup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Transfer the cooked mixture to a crock-pot.
  4. Stir in the pork and beans, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and cook in the crock-pot for 2 hours.
