Ingredients

  • 5 oz. dried beef, rinsed and chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well.
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with chopped pecans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving with crackers.
