Ingredients

  • 12 frozen blintzes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt enough margarine to coat an 8 x 11-inch rectangular Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Place the 12 frozen blintzes in the dish in a single layer.
  3. Mix sugar, vanilla, beaten eggs, sour cream, and cinnamon, then pour the mixture over the blintzes.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  5. Bake for one hour at 375°F until puffy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot or at room temperature.
