Ingredients

  • 3 cans coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 lb. dates
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Cut nuts and candied fruits into fine pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well-greased (with butter) pan.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  5. Bake in a 250°F oven for 1.5 hours the next day.
