- Dice the bacon and fry it in a skillet until half cooked.
- Add the chopped onion to the bacon and cook until slightly brown.
- Pour off the grease from the bacon and onion mixture.
- Add the pork and beans to the skillet.
- Stir in the brown sugar, vinegar, and catsup until well combined.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for about 2 hours, or simmer on the stove for approximately 30 minutes.
