Ingredients

  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can drained pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 to 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 oz sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped onion and tomato in butter until softened.
  2. Add the cooked onion and tomato to the remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat in the oven at 325°F for 30 minutes.
