Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wheel Brie or Camembert
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • French bread
  • sliced apples or pears

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the Brie in an ovenproof serving dish and spread butter over the top.
  3. Arrange sliced almonds on top of the buttered Brie.
  4. Bake until softened and heated through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with French bread and sliced apples or pears.
