Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crisp in a skillet.
  3. Remove bacon from skillet and crumble it.
  4. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent.
  5. In a greased 2-quart dish, combine pork and beans, cooked onion, catsup, and pepper.
  6. Top the mixture with crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
