Baked Cheese Dish

Instructions
- Spread butter on bread, break bread into 1 1/2-inch pieces to fit a greased baking dish.
- Put grated cheese over bread, layer of bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces.
- Beat eggs.
- Add salt, paprika and milk.
- Pour over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until very light and puffy.
- (Good when reheated!)
