Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and a dash of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until the filling is well blended and smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
