Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz frozen non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 pt fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Place sliced strawberries on paper towels to drain.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.
  3. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and blend well.
  5. Spread a thin layer of strawberry glaze over the bottom of the crust.
  6. Arrange strawberry slices on the glaze.
  7. Cover with another thin layer of strawberry glaze.
  8. Gently pour the cream cheese mixture over the glazed berries in the crust.
  9. Cover and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
