Ingredients

  • 12 chicken legs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then in cracker crumbs.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a casserole dish; dot with butter.
  4. Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
