Baked Cod With Tomatoes

- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Arrange fillets in baking dish.
- In medium size pan, saute onion and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes until softened. Add drained and chopped tomatoes and balance of ingredients.
- Simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Spoon sauce over fish. Bake in
- a 450° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4.
- Less than 200 calories per person.
