Ingredients

  • 1 large container small curd cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice.
  2. Grease a 6 x 10 inch (1-quart) dish with butter.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  4. Dab butter on top of the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 minutes.
