Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  2. Add scalded milk slowly while beating.
  3. Beat only until blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into custard cups.

  6. Set cups in a pan of hot water.
