Ingredients

  • 2 c. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 c. instant rice
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheez Whiz or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped frozen broccoli, instant rice, chopped onion, chopped celery, cream of mushroom soup, and Cheez Whiz or cream cheese.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread Cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
