Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. seasoned coating mix (Oven Fry or Frying Magic)
  • 12 oz. fish fillets (fresh or frozen), thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Empty seasoned coating mix into a plastic bag.
  2. Dip fish fillets in melted margarine.
  3. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time in the bag until evenly coated.
  4. Place coated fillets on a roasting rack that has been sprayed with Pam.
