Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, tuna, celery, tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, green pepper, and boiled eggs.
  3. In a separate small bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, mustard, season salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
