Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried prunes
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cherry pie filling, drained pineapple chunks, dried apricots, and dried prunes in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixed fruit into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange the mandarin orange segments on top of the fruit mixture, being careful not to break the segments.
  5. Pour the mandarin orange liquid over all the fruit.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
