Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa

Instructions

  1. Put margarine and cocoa in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Cool slightly.
  2. Add sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla to the saucepan.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Add chopped pecans and stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°F.
