Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. soft rye or white bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Drain the whole kernel corn, cooked cauliflower, cooked broccoli, and sliced mushrooms.
  2. Cut up large pieces of cauliflower into smaller bites.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream-style corn, shredded Swiss cheese, and condensed cream of celery soup.
  4. Fold in the drained vegetables into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
  7. Toss the bread crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated.
  8. Sprinkle the bread crumbs atop the vegetable mixture.
  9. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
