Baked German Carp Fish
A hearty baked German carp featuring a flavorful cornbread and chicken soup dressing, topped with onions and butter, perfect for festive or family gatherings.

Instructions
- Combine corn bread, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, boiled and diced eggs, sage, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Line a pan with foil and place the dressing mixture inside.
- Place the carp fish on top of the dressing in the pan.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, then cut onion slices and place them on top of the fish.
- Put a pat of butter on each onion slice.
- Bake in a 450°F (232°C) oven for 1 hour.
