- Unroll the crescent rolls and seal all seams together by pinching and patting.
- Spread mustard over the sealed crescent rolls.
- Remove wax cover from the Gouda and place the cheese in the center of the dough.
- Bring the corners of the dough up and over the Gouda, gathering edges and ensuring seams stay closed.
- Brush the top of the dough with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake according to the directions on the crescent roll can.
- Serve with crackers, if desired.
