Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff; add vanilla.
  2. Fold chopped nuts and chocolate chips into the egg whites.
  3. Line two cookie sheets with foil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Place in a preheated oven; turn off the oven and leave the cookies overnight.
