Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. haddock fillet
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cover the haddock fillet in olive oil.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes on top of the fish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with a tossed salad.
