Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked linguine
  • 1 (10 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 (26 oz.) can or jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. Stir in the chopped tomatoes with chilies, spaghetti sauce, chopped onions, and mushrooms into the cooked linguine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Mix milk and Bisquick together and spread over the linguine mixture with cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian herbs, if desired.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes until the topping is browned.
