Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread dough
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Stretch the bread dough to fit the pizza pan.
  2. Make indentations with fingers in the dough.
  3. Spread olive oil all over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle chopped garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper over the dough.
  5. Bake in a 400° F oven for about 30 minutes.
  6. Five minutes before the pizza is done, sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven and finish cooking.
