Ingredients

  • 4 doz. mussels in shell
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped dill
  • 1 tsp. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices lean bacon

Instructions

  1. Select large fresh mussels with closed shells.
  2. Scrub shells; rinse and remove beards.
  3. Discard any mussels that float.
