Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Dip the fish fillets in the beaten eggs mixed with milk.
  2. Combine the cornflake crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  3. Coat the dipped fillets with the crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fillets in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
