Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters lengthwise.
  2. Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a Ziploc bag.
  3. Moisten potatoes with water. Shake a few at a time in the bag, coating them well with the cheese mixture.
  4. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Place coated potatoes in a single layer in the pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
