Instructions
- Blend egg yolks, onion, butter and cheese.
- Add parsley.
- Pour over cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice mixture.
- Pour into 2-quart greased casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
