Baked Salmon Turnovers

Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill ⓘ
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) refrigerator crescent dinner rolls ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drain and flake the salmon, removing bones if desired.
- In a bowl, combine salmon, sliced green onions, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
- Unroll the crescent dinner rolls and cut each into four squares.
- Place a spoonful of the salmon mixture onto the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a turnover and seal the edges.
- Place the turnovers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
