Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) refrigerator crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and flake the salmon, removing bones if desired.
  3. In a bowl, combine salmon, sliced green onions, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
  4. Unroll the crescent dinner rolls and cut each into four squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the salmon mixture onto the center of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling to form a turnover and seal the edges.
  7. Place the turnovers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
