Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package spinach, washed, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flavored bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a casserole dish, mix all ingredients in the order given, including bread crumbs and oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately, noting that the spinach bakes in its own juice.
