Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • Stove Top stuffing
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make stuffing as directed on the package for four servings.
  3. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.
  4. Put a small ball of stuffing in the center of each chicken breast.
  5. Wrap the meat around the stuffing and secure at the bottom with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Lightly coat the tops of the breasts with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, curry powder, and parsley over them.
  7. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
