Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup zante currants
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 6 pitted medjool dates, cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, salty, finely ground
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon carob powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia, leaves powdered*

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. *You may want to powder the stevia leaves yourself rather than use the grinder, as this might cause them to become bitter.
