Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. Mix together and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
