Banana Crunch Pops are a delightful frozen treat combining sweet bananas coated in creamy yogurt and crunchy cereal, perfect for a quick, healthy snack for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups granola

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt in a shallow dish.
  2. Insert a wooden stick into each banana piece.
  3. Roll the banana pieces in the yogurt, covering the entire piece of banana.
  4. Place the cereal in a small, shallow dish.
  5. Roll the banana pieces in the cereal.
  6. Place the coated banana pieces on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
  8. Once frozen, wrap each banana pop in freezer wrap and label.
  9. Store in the freezer. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
