Ingredients

  • 4 lb. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 large box quick cooking oatmeal (42 oz. size)
  • 4 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa to a boil and boil slowly for 4 minutes.
  2. Add peanut butter, quick cooking oatmeal, and vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Stir together until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into two buttered 12 x 18-inch pans.
  5. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
