Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 bananas
  • juice of one orange

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cream of coconut; bring to a boil.
  2. Boil until the mixture thickens, then squeeze in the juice of one orange.
  3. Dice the bananas and add them to the mixture.
  4. Toss to coat the bananas with the sauce.
  5. Serve the banana mixture over vanilla ice cream.
