- Gently fold the beaten egg white into the whipped cream.
- Add the banana mixture to the cream mixture and fold together until blended.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer tray, containers, or mold.
- Cover and freeze for about 6 hours.
- Remove from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
