Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 quart whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas to a puree.
  2. Mix in crushed pineapple, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Add cooked rice to the mixture.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Add raisins and blend well.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Garnish with a slice of banana and whipped cream, topped with a dash of cinnamon or walnuts.
