Ingredients

  • 2 small cartons sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into cupcake cups or small serving dishes.
  3. Freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  4. Garnish each with a drained maraschino cherry before serving.
