Ingredients

  • 3 lb. roast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. juice from roast
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Bake roast until done.
  2. Save juice.
  3. Cut up meat and simmer for 1 hour slowly.
