Ingredients

  • 12 oysters
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons cocktail sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place oysters on the barbecue until they pop open.
  2. Pry apart and loosen the oyster from the shell.
  3. Try to keep as much liquid as possible in the deep shell.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the oyster.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of cocktail sauce and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top of each oyster.
  6. Return to the barbecue until heated through.
