Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 drops liquid hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, grated lemon peel, garlic salt, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
  2. Generously brush both sides of the salmon with the mixture.
  3. Place the salmon on an oiled barbecue, flesh side down.
  4. Baste the salmon frequently while cooking.
  5. Barbecue the flesh side about 2 minutes.
  6. Carefully turn the salmon over.
  7. Baste with the sauce again.
  8. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
