Ingredients

  • 3 oz. can Chinese noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1.5 oz. can tuna
  • 1/2 cup cashews or peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup of noodles from the Chinese noodles can.
  2. In a 1 1/2-quart pan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, water, tuna, cashews or peanuts, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  3. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir the casserole after baking.
  5. Sprinkle the reserved noodles around the edges and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
