Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, cubed (small pieces)
  • 7 to 8 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. barley
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, water, bouillon, tomatoes, onion and basil in large pot.
