Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend all cheeses.
  2. Add everything, except pecans.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Shape into large ball.
  5. Roll in pecans.
